The Schleef Family started with Green Diaper Babies in September 2021! They are full of fun and love leaving snacks for our delivery driver, Matt. We are so thankful to have them as a part of our cloth diapering family!
TELL US A LITTLE ABOUT YOUR FAMILY!
Andy is from Michigan. Annette is from Tennessee. We met in Las Vegas in 2014 through a mutual friend. After a very successful first date at the Bonnaroo music festival, we did long distance dating for awhile before Annette quit her lucrative job as a Kindergarten teacher to live in Chicago. We returned back to the site of where it all began to get married in Vegas in 2019. Andy is a finance/numbers guy and Annette baby wrangles and slings groceries at Trader Joe’s.
TELL US ABOUT THE LITTLE ONE WHO’S WEARING CLOTH DIAPERS!
Charleston is named Charleston because Annette’s parents met & were married there, she was born there, and Andy bought Annette’s engagement ring there. She is also endearingly called Chuck, Charlie Jo, and CJ. She was born breech August 2021. She had a go of it with hip dysplasia but is now on a roll! She loves flamingoes, any and all accessories, her toes, helping dad with spreadsheets, magic carpet rides, living the moon time, Patty Cake, all things Mother Goose, and gettin’ down to nightly “Dad’s Home Dance Parties”.

The customer service is fantastic. Everyone is super friendly & super knowledgeable. We love the ease of not having to wash cloth diapers while not compromising our environmentally friendly standards. One of the best choices we’ve made so far. It’s almost been too easy….????
WHAT ARE SOME OF YOUR FAVORITE ACTIVITIES TO DO AS A FAMILY AND ANYTHING ELSE YOU’D LIKE TO SHARE WITH OUR COMMUNITY?
We go on weekly bagel runs, Andy & Annette are avid cooks-you can find us out at the grills almost everyday (hint: we’ve never cooked the same recipe twice!), live music is essential to us, you can find us rooting for most college sports, we spend way too much time looking for our lost keys & wallets, cuddling with Betty the Yeti, and serenading with the Pink Panther theme song or the Skidamarink a Dink a Dink song.
